I don't believe this is a bug in Midi QOL I think it is. "Other formula" and MidiQOL setting to use it in pair with saving throws was created exactly to handle such cases (in example Spider's Bite attack). because Foundry/5e core only have 1 save per attack rather than per damage type I would say one saving throw per "effect".

The best thing I can think of is under Workflow Settings you can set "Prompt Players to Roll Saves". You could set that to "Chat Message", and then your players could just ignore the prompt if they shouldn't be affected by the spell. Then it would roll all the NPCs automatically but not the players. For midi QOL it's in the settings tab, under modules and midi QOL. Usually the setting button is on the right side of foundry in the last tab, and once that window is open you may find the settings if you scroll down a bit. Immunities/resistances using MidiQOL. Answered. So I've noticed that immunities and resistance's aren't been ng applied when taking damage with using a specific weapon type. Enemy had bludgeoning resistance but takes full damage from a bludgeoning weapon.
