I’m surprised that a Corvette guy doesn’t know about the Kindig CF1. The design is a complete ground up carbon fiber car using the basic ’53 lines. The body features stretched doors, elongated cabin, and lowered foot wells compared to the original ’53. I think Dave Kindig has great vision and would love to see his take on a ’57.

The Kindig CF1 looks spectacular in person. The Jeff Hayes car was ok, but I believe there were a couple other C2 restomods that were of similar quality or even looked better. Forum member Ken Sungela's cars were of the same quality. I never heard of Jeff Hayes until his other car sold last year.
